1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Player" or "you" refers to any individual who has registered an account with c777 or who accesses or uses any part of the c777 platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account with c777, accessing any part of the c777 platform, or placing any wager or bet through c777, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the c777 platform from time to time.

4. Account Registration & Security

To participate in any real-money gaming or sports betting activity on c777, you must register a single Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable.

• Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account with c777 at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. c777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
• You must notify c777 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any security breach affecting your credentials.

• Account registration is subject to identity verification. c777 may request copies of government-issued identification documents, utility bills, or other verification materials at any stage.

Accounts registered using false or misleading personal information will be suspended upon discovery. Any winnings or balances held within such accounts may be voided. c777 reserves the right to share information with relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where fraud or illegal activity is suspected.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on c777 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. c777 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at its sole discretion with reasonable notice provided to Players.

Deposits: Deposits are processed in real time upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. c777 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on individual Accounts where warranted by responsible gaming or risk management considerations.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions and within the same business day for bank transfer methods. c777 may require additional identity or source-of-funds verification before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

Transaction Fees: c777 does not apply fees to standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction charges, for which c777 accepts no responsibility.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a deposit made to your c777 Account is considered a breach of these Terms. c777 will suspend the Account pending investigation and may pursue recovery of any funds wrongfully charged back.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

c777 offers various bonus promotions to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP-tier exclusive promotions. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus offers are intended for personal use by the Account holder only. Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including but not limited to bonus abuse across multiple accounts or through coordinated play, is strictly prohibited.
• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement that must be met before conversion to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly at the point of each promotional offer.

7. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on c777, including live dealer tables, slot titles, and RNG table games, operate under independently certified rules and Return-to-Player (RTP) rates. Certified RTPs are made available within each game's information panel. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c777 platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with any part of the c777 platform;
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Placing bets using insider information or information not publicly available at the time of placing the bet;

8. Sports Betting Rules

PSL and other Pakistan Cricket Board-affiliated events are treated as standard sporting markets subject to the same general sportsbook rules. c777 makes no representation regarding the availability of specific cricket markets at any given time.

9. Responsible Gaming

c777 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and takes its duty of care toward Players seriously. Gaming should be a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a means to resolve financial problems or as a primary income source. c777 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from within your Account settings:

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal conduct;
• Exploitation of bonus offers, software errors, or other unfair gaming practices;
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated against c777 deposits;
• Where continued Account operation would contravene applicable regulatory requirements.
